The technician will perform an inspection of the entire system and document those findings. The technician will explain what the problem is and what repairs will be necessary to get your system running again. The technician will provide you with a firm quote for repairs based on flat rate pricing. Flat rate pricing allows us to provide you with a quote on repair costs up front.
