Thank you for your interest in Tri Aerospace, LLC. We have received our AS9100 certification and are on a self release system with most of our customers. We have about 30 employees and are a two shift operation. Even though we specialize in Research and Development parts, we have and enjoy running production parts with "Long Term Agreement" contracts. We presently work with GE and Rolls-Royce Allison Division in the area of R/D. On a second tier customer base we work with GEES/Tri-Remanufacturing, Danville Metal Stamping, Honeycomb Products, C.F. Roark Welding & Engineering, Pratt & Whitney AutoAir, MECO, Howmet Castings (La Porte), etc. in a research and development, concurrent engineering environment and fill large-volume orders of production parts. We are presently machining, or have recently delivered many split cases (in aluminum, titanium, and Inco 718), parts involving the brazing of felt metal, machining flanges made of Waspalloy and Rene 41, machining castings made of HIP'd Inco 718, and various parts that require welding, brazing, and assembly.
