Tri-S Controls was originally formed in 1950 as the R.M. Austin Company Our present name comes from our commitment to our business: Systems, Sales & Service. We are a company with over 250 combined years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry. We proudly provide a complete line of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Nurse Call and Door Control/Security equipment and services. We are licensed and certified by the State of Ohio & NICET to offer systems, sales, service, maintenance contracts, testing agreements, and monitoring services. The majority of all our work involves Fire Alarm Systems for which we represent the Fire Control Instruments (Gamewell/FCI) line, owned by Honeywell. FCI is a widely recognized manufacturer and is a respected leader in our industry. In summary, we offer a complete line of reliable, competitively priced equipment; we individually design engineered systems to meet code, the needs of A/E and our customers; we provide complete submittals with layout and “as-built ” drawings; and we maintain complete files on over 4,000 customers in the Northern Ohio area. We are well respected by Architects & Engineers for our work and attention to specification details.
