Tri-State Asphalt Maintenance, Co. is a full service asphalt paving and maintenance contractor with over 20 years of experience. We specialize in asphalt paving, asphalt repair, asphalt sealing, and asphalt pavement maintenance for professionally managed properties in the southeast United States.

Our goal from day one has been to provide quality pavement maintenance services for professionally managed properties at a competitive price. While growing in size and experience over the years, we have never lost sight of our original goal. The owner of the company started his asphalt maintenance company back in Loganville GA, by striping parking lots by him self until he had enough work to hire a crew. Since then, he has expanded the company to provide much more than just striping.

We are a "One Source" Paving Contractor. We provide site preparation, asphalt paving from new construction to asphalt repair, sealcoating, line striping, wheel stops, concrete repair, concrete curbing, etc. Likewise, we offer a wide variety of products and are certified applicators of STAR-SEAL asphalt pavement sealer and D.O.T approved Ennis asphalt marking paint.
