ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of stamping dies, special machines for productivity improvement, weld fixtures, replacement parts, etc. Tri-V has a full service machine shop working with all materials. We have design engineers on staff for part and tooling design. Robotically loaded Wire EDM and CNC sinker EDM’s as well as a hole popper. We offer reverse engineering of existing parts, design and integration of robotics and robotic parts loaders. TIG, MIG, Pulsed MIG, Resistance and Micro welding.

Tri-V has experience In obtaining and machining most alloys of Stainless Steel. Common alloys are 300 and 400 series of Stainless Steel and 17-4 heat treatable Stainless Steel. We also machine all tool steels, D2, A2, O1, H13, P20, S7, 8620 Bearing Steel, hot rolled and cold rolled. We also have expertise in machining carbide, CPM 10V, CPM 15V, titanium and Inconel. We provide finished castings of Stainless Steel, Steel alloys, Ductile and Gray Iron.
