Tri-Cor realizes that an occasional request may be made by customers to return a product for a refund. To cover the cost of administration, testing and returning the product to Tri-Cor stock there will be a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. Non-stock items will be returned to the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer's restocking fee plus all freight charges to return the product to manufacturer. Special order items cannot be returned for credit.

Some manufacturers, for the convenience of the dealer, provide advance replacements to dealers for components. Prior to a advance replacement being ordered, Tri-Cor will explain the manufacturer's policy for advance replacements. Dealers will be require to submit a purchase order. All materials will be invoiced to the dealer. After the manufacturer determines if the product is under warranty or not will the dealer receive a credit. The dealer will be expected to pay for advance replacement items if they original is not covered by warrant.
