Ms. Williams has over 30 years of professional experience in the utility industry, including utility operations & maintenance, project management, engineering, strategic planning, safety coordination, leadership and administration. Lori has held the General Manager position of the local Water Authority and worked on multiple power plants and gas combustion projects.

Mr. Daniels has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Through his career, he has held the positions of Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Carpenter Foreman. Now working with Tri Sage, Scott brings all his hands on experience and communication skills to his position of Quality Assurance Inspector. He has extensive experience with construction and job sites, and is well versed in compliance with engineered drawings, specifications and contracts. Scott has received exceptional reviews from clients and is a valued member of Tri Sage.

Mr. Bessey brings over 40 years of experience in the utility industry with a focus on electric transmission and substation expertise and also extensive natural gas pipeline knowledge. Jim has been responsible for inspection on multiple high voltage transmission lines, including up to 500kV. He has also provided Construction Management on multiple high voltage substations, waste water treatment facilities, natural gas pipeline installations and several substation projects.

Tri Sage is currently working with Liberty Utilities, a subsidiary of Algonquin Power to provide the full charge Project Management of a 120kV upgrade to their current transmission system. This effort involves extensive permitting due to the critical environment in the Tahoe basin. The project is being permitted under both federal NEPA requirements as well as California CEQA and TRPA compliance.
