Watson, who joined the company in late 2012, has seven years of experience in the publishing industry. Watson's background includes working for several trade magazines, as well as a regional magazine and a book publisher. She graduated from Wheaton College, MA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and completed an honor's thesis in creative writing.
