Our goal is to be the premier provider of capital to companies operating in the lower middle market. Triangle Capital Corporation is a publicly traded, internally managed business development company (“BDC”). We provide customized financing solutions for lower middle market companies located throughout the United States. We typically invest $5 to $15 million for: • Leveraged Buyouts • Management Buyouts • Recapitalizations • Growth Financings • ESOPs • Acquisition Financings Triangle offers a wide range of financing structures to our private equity partners, including subordinated debt with warrants, first and second lien loans, one-stop and uni-tranche structures, and equity co-investments. We also have extensive experience partnering with financial sponsors and leading unsponsored transactions. We focus on investments in lower middle market companies with a history of generating revenues and positive cash flows, an established market position, and a proven management team with a strong operating discipline. Our target portfolio companies typically have revenues of $20 million to $100 million, and EBITDA of $2 million and up. Triangle’s management team has a unique mix of finance and operating expertise in a wide range of industries. Our portfolio contains investments in many business sectors including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, energy, communications, health services, restaurants, and others. We understand the importance of evaluating transactions quickly, following through on our commitments, and closing deals on time.
