Originally founded in 2004 and established in the west Michigan area, we have developed our business to provide services nationwide by nurturing and maintaining close, trusting relationships with each of our clients.

Based on voluntary surveys conducted by TriFound on a continuing basis, TriFound has concluded that most individuals are unaware of their entitled, healthcare benefits – these benefits refer to Medicare, supplemental insurance, State benefits and Long Term Care, and how they may be structured to work with one another to possibly achieve a more desirable or improved coverage. It is, therefore, our mission to better serve our community by providing informational services to help empower individuals with the knowledge to better utilize their healthcare benefits.

Deborah Harris is a Leader of our Health Team at Trifound. Ms Harris has been employed with our company since April 1st of 2011. Ms Harris has a sincere devotion to find solutions to help each customer we have, since becoming a widow in March of 2011, she understands retirement values for married and single folks. She loves working with people at Trifound or her church, she is a catechism (CCD) teacher for third and fourth graders at church.

The Account/Customer Care Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
