Trinity Drug Testing, LLC provides comprehensive collection services for drug testing, alcohol testing, hair follicle testing and DNA testing. With two offices in Midland and Odessa, we can meet the needs of customers throughout the Permian Basin. We are the collection facility of choice for many employers when it comes to pre-employment testing, random testing and post-accident testing.We provide collection services to government employers, private industry, medical offices, school districts,the judicial system and also to private individuals. Testing is completely confidential and is very quick and easy.
Trinity Drug Testing, LLC can perform your drug and alcohol collections in our clinic, or we can dispatch one of our Certified Professional Collectors to your location. We utilize only laboratories that are approved by the Department of Health and Human Services. These laboratories have been certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration or SAMHSA to perform drug testing. Specimens sent to the laboratory are tracked using a CCF or Chain of Custody form. The results of the laboratory testing are sent to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) for verification. Once the MRO completes their work, the test results are then released to your company’s Designated Employee Representative (DER).
