Cliff co-founded Trinity Multifamily in 2003 and has over ten years of experience in real estate including ownership and management of single family homes, multifamily complexes, land development and major rehabilitation projects. Further enhancing his expertise, Cliff is an experienced Real Estate Inspector, a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Property Managers come in all shapes and sizes. This industry has a lot of good managers that simply do not have the resources to handle larger accounts. This is not an issue with Trinity Multifamily. We can sit down and go over step by step, all of the services that we provide to make us the best in the business. Trinity Property Management, LLC was founded in 2003 by John Baxter and Cliff Cabaness. Trinity was created as a result of a desire to form a property management company which provides focus, attention to detail, and care and concern for the owner’s financial objectives, which includes not only commonly owned property, but third party clients as well.
