We are frequently consulted by contractors that must temporarily move or support existing structures to perform soil removal or treatment work. We provide services ranging from brief consultations to complete design, documentation, pre-construction survey, and construction-phase observation of temporary support systems.

Our facade inspection work has included a range of projects, from complete, close-up (hands on) inspections using industrial rope access techniques, to peer reviews and second opinions of the findings of others. A naval marine company based in Walpole, MA engages Tripi Engineering to analyze hoisting equipment to confirm factor of safety. The project includes solid modeling and finite element analysis using Solid Works. Tripi Engineering performs light-gauge metal framing (LGMF) design and inspection services for the new Rockland High School, Rockland, MA.

Bill brings more than 35 years experience with structural and building envelope inspection, investigation, and design projects. He has extensive experience in the design and analysis of facade structural systems, including: light-gauge metal framing, precast concrete, architectural metal panels, and exterior insulation and finishing systems (EIFS).
