We call ourselves a specialty processor, because that is what we are. We specialize in the processing of all types of foods from fresh meat cuts to twice baked potatoes for food service and retail outlets. Our customers vary from local farmers to national grocers.

We go to great lengths to ensure that our customers receive nothing but the highest quality products. All products must pass our quality assurance inspection, meeting our customer’s specifications.

When you think about it, special occasions are always centered around food. In fact, your fondest memories are probably seated around a dinner table. At Triple T, we want to make your special occasion both memorable and affordable, by offering our assistance in creating a delicious handmade meal with a taste of home to fit your budget. Although, we feel that our recipes deliver a flavor that is unmatchable, we are flexible in accommodating to your personal recipe requests.

Since the beginning of their life together, Greg and Jolene Heikens always had a dream tucked away in the back of their minds to start their own business. That dream became a reality in 1996 when the Wellsburg Meat Locker became available for sale. At the time, Greg was an accomplished Journeymen Meat Cutter for a large grocery chain, so the locker was a perfect fit for him and it wasn’t long before he convinced Jolene that with her years of experience in sales and marketing, it was a perfect fit for her too.

We believe that quality product goes hand in hand with food safety. We take food safety very seriously and require that all management team members are HAACP certified. Employee safety is also very important to us, which is why we have established a safety incentive program.
