Triton Capital, through its investment partnership and advisor structure seeks to minimize its overhead and maximizing responsibility by concentrating operational duties among the fewest individuals possible. At present, all operations at all entities are managed by Triton Capital Investment Advisors, Incorporated and its CEO and President, Bowen C. Farrell, with help from sub-contracted individuals responsible to provide legal, accounting, auditing, tax preparation, and marketing support. Below are summaries of individuals with significant contributions to the entities, though due to the nature of their being subcontracted, they may not be engaged at any given time.BOWEN COOPER FARRELL is the founder and managing member of the Partnerships General Partner and Investment Advisor. He began his investment career in 1983 at the New York investment bank, L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin, as a Financial Analyst in the corporate Finance/M&A Department. While there, he provided advisory services to clients involved in capital market financing, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other investment banking activities. In 1986, he was hired by The Cooper Companies, Incorporated in New York, NY to work for the Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic Planning departments as a Consultant. There, he planned acquisition and corporate finance strategies based on an analysis of the health care industry and emerging health care technology. From 1988-1990, Mr. Farrell worked for Citicorp in New York, NY, in the Leveraged Capital Department where he financed leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, and restructurings. From 1990-1997, he transferred as a Vice President/Senior Banker into the Institutional Recovery Management Department, which managed and financed corporate restructurings, liquidations, divestitures, and bankruptcies for Citicorp and its banking syndicates. In 1997, and until launching the Triton Capital Fund, L.P., Mr. Farrell Founded and was the Managing Partner of Triton Capital, LLC, a vehicle for private equity transactions, venture capital, and business consulting. Mr. Farrell managed complex investment portfolios for high net worth clients involved in securities trading, real estate development, estate planning, and litigation. He has also advised numerous companies involved in crisis situations, mergers, acquisitions, startup phase financing, strategy determination, cash flow and payables issues, bankruptcy preparation, and new business sourcing. Mr. Farrell attended the University of California, Berkeley, CA where he received his B.A. in International Business and Economics (1986). Mr. Farrell was awarded his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, Boston, Massachusetts (1988). His high school education was completed at Santa Barbara High School in Santa Barbara, CA, and at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. Mr. Farrell is NASD Series 7 (Full Registration General Securities Representative) and NASD Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law) examination qualified.
