Most recently Mr. Kiley served ten years at Siemens, where as Director of Business Development he ran the Network Integration Services Group. Mr. Kiley has significant experience in fostering start-ups, and in making them thrive. In 1984 he co-founded Language Technology, Inc. and successfully raised venture financing from Citicorp.

Bob Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in the delivery of highly successful and complex software and hardware products. Prior to TruExchange, Mr. Thomas served at both Stratus Computer and Ascend Communications. In his early career with Stratus Computer, Mr. Thomas was hardware engineering project manager and corporate program manager for several generations of high-end fault tolerant servers, including the introduction of the first RISC-based computer architectures in the history of Stratus Computer.

Steve Moreland has over 15 years of experience in sales of software products and services. He has consistently achieved extraordinary sales goals and has generated over $60 million in sales during his career.
