Monte has extensive experience in U.S. and international taxation — as well as experience in other treasury matters, including debt placement and risk management. Monte has participated in large transactions worldwide, focusing on strategic financial and tax planning to ensure advantageous legal, tax and accounting treatment for shareholders.

John has broad experience in managing complex projects and enjoyed a successful career with IBM Corporation prior to joining True North in 2003. At IBM, he held positions in sales, management, and computer systems design and development—and received multiple awards for his work.

True North is a relatively young company, but the depth of its expertise rivals that of major market firms. Our principals have decades of experience serving as senior-level executives in several multinational corporations.
