True Rx Management Services is owned and operated by 4th generation pharmacists Mark , Jeff and Charles Williams. With the experience of owning a small chain of independent pharmacies they saw the need to change the PBM model. True Rx offers not only a total transparent prescription benefit solution but also pharmacy consulting to both our clients and our brokers.

Our company has a self-administered health plan with more than 4,000 participants throughout the United States. Recently we contracted with True Rx for pharmacy benefit management after many years with a large, national PBM firm. True Rx’s promise was to provide us a higher level of service at a lower cost – and to do that with integrity. They have been true to their word.
