Providing comprehensive, on going training and state of the art education in all areas of health care to Hall's employees so that they can meet the needs of each individual completely and effectively. Hall's History Hall's Drug Center was started in July, 1959 when Philip Hall purchased Pickett Drug Center, which Mr. Hall had been managing since 1957. The store was located at 217 N. Tower Avenue in Centralia in the Hackett Building. The store dates its beginnings to 1891 when S.F. Rector started Rector's Drug Store. William Hackett purchased the store in 1902 and renamed it Hackett Drug Company. The business was moved into the Hackett Building in 1918 at 217 N. Tower Avenue and stayed there until 1974, when Philip Hall moved it into a new building at 505 S. Tower Avenue, next to the Fuller's Market Basket grocery store.
