Trust Management Inc., is an independent Texas trust company founded in 1954 to provide specialized trust services for individuals and organizations. After all these years, we remain committed to serving the trust needs of our clients. Unlike banks and many other trust companies, we do not make loans or sell any CD’s, annuities, REIT’s, proprietary mutual funds, bonds or other securities. We believe that our independence and specialization in trust administration better enable us to act with utmost concern for every client's interest with undivided loyalty. For us, trust administration is not a division, it is our one and only business. Texas Department of Banking examines us on a regular basis to ensure that our trusts and IRAs are administered in accordance with applicable law and safe and sound fiduciary standards. The Texas Department of Banking also requires that we always maintain certain minimum capital requirement, and as an additional safeguard, we undergo an annual examination by independent, outside auditors.You can always depend on Trust Management to process your transactions efficiently and expeditiously.
