TTANKS Environmental Ltd was founded in 1997 and incorporated in 1998 for the purpose of bringing leading edge technologies to the environmental arena. Our team is dedicated to making the world a better place to live. We are a privately owned company headquartered in Grafton, NH with additional offices in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Argentina, Nigeria, Hong Kong and China. Our team is dedicated to making the world a better place to live. Dr. Neil L. Kenny Founder President and CEO Dr. Kenny has been in the environmental arena for 10 plus years. He founded Ttanks Environmental Limited in 1997; it was incorporated in 1998. He has always been involved in the scientific arena and shares the patent with Dr. Knieper for the Joule EP4. Dr. Kenny lectures regularly to environmental groups and students. He travels internationally to promote the technology of the Joule EP4. He is dedicated to improving the water quality in areas where waterborne diseases are prevalent and in industrial areas for the client to meet discharge standards. Dr. Kenny received his BS in Biology from CUNY in 1966 and his doctorate from Columbia Institute of Chiropractic in 1975. Dr. Louis H. Knieper VP Research and Development President, Joule Division Inventor of Joule EP4 Dr. Knieper designed, developed, engineered, and manufactured a water treatment technology utilizing electricity to effect purification. The original model the, “JOULE EC ™ ”, was conceived in 1988 and through the years has been developed into the present Joule EP4. Dr. Knieper has a very rich and successful career in the environmental arena. To his credit he has many projects of merit and holds several technology patents. His areas of expertise range from waste and water treatment, hazardous waste and materials, chemical fixation, project management and impact studies. Dr. Knieper received a BS in Zoology from the University of New Orleans in 1970, a MS in Marine Ecology from Louisiana State University in 1973, a PhD in Estuarine Ecology from Louisiana State University in 1976 and a second PhD in Environmental Engineering from Kennedy Western University in 1994. Dr. Knieper has published many articles and continues to conduct research in the area of water treatment.
