Included were unlimited professional counseling without costly office services, flat-fee "career continuation" counseling for mid-level employees, and Opening New Doors® - the first stand-alone job-search/career-management system, costing only a fraction of traditional Outplacement. Opening New Doors® is used by many of the nation's leading corporations, including M&M Mars, Ernst & Young, Lockheed Martin, Olivetti, Showtime Networks, Sony, Tiffany and Unocal among many others. Client ListIn 1990, TTG developed several Organizational Development & Effectiveness programs using The Birkman Method® - an in-depth, broadly-based self-assessment tool. Selection and hiring, executive coaching, 360° assessment & performance appraisal, compensation/reward systems, career assessment, creating matrix and/or learning organizations, conflict resolution, high-performance teambuilding and succession planning/replacement have been particularly successful. Recently, various Corporate Training programs have been introduced, including entrepreneurism & innovation, quality improvement, customer responsiveness and supervisory training.In 1994, TTG began a Recruiting Services practice, including several cost-effective programs designed to quickly locate employees at all levels of an organization.
