I searched for companies in the Gaithersburg area having high quality ratings. I prefer to hire only local contractors and family owned businesses. I found Tucker Brothers and went immediately to their Web Site and reviewed all the sections and the media links. I remember reading about this wonderful company in the Washington Post. I called and spoke with Steve Tucker who obviously had so much knowledge about my HVAC system. He explained the Goodman system to me and reassured me his technicians were very experienced with Goodman products. I scheduled a service visit which was performed by Geno. He carefully inspected my HVAC system and diagnosed the problem within minutes: Air Lock! He completely drained the hot water heater and then turned on the heat. Problem resolved. I immediately signed up for Tuckers Annual Preventative Maintenance Contract. Geno was professional, neat, very pleasant and a true expert. Thank you Tucker Brothers for providing such outstanding service.
