Turn-Key Forging & Design has the most modern and versatile equipment in the closed-die forging process. The diversity in our equipment type and size allows us to forge parts of various sizes and complexities. Our in-line bar shear and induction heating capacities allow bar sizes from 9/16” to 2 ¾” diameters and our highly automated hammers and impacters provide fast output cycles, capable of forging parts weighing up to 40 lbs. Our forging technologies coupled with sound engineering practices provide our customers with the highest quality forgings in the industry.

Our forge shop is equipped with three Chambersburg Impacters and two Lasco Hydraulic Hammers, complete with in-line induction heating systems and modern automation working together to produce thousands of quality parts every hour. We specialize in medium-to-high volume production and bar diameters ranging from as small as 9/16”, up to 2 ¾”. Combining our forging knowledge, experience, and passion with an industry-leading forging facility, our customers are supplied the high-quality forgings they demand with the responsiveness they need.

Turn-Key Forging & Design achieved ISO 9000:2001 registration in June 2006 and updated to ISO 9001:2008 registration in March 2009. Our robust Quality Management System is the backbone of our company. We rely on skilled production workers to ensure quality products are manufactured on a continual basis. Our commitment to the continual improvement of our quality system is supported by our regularly scheduled calibration of inspection instruments, quarterly self-audits and an extensive preventive maintenance program for all machinery and equipment.
