Todd has over 20 years of experience in the marine and environmental consulting profession. He and other members of the firm excel in a contemporary working knowledge of Federal, State and Local permitting regulations and requirements. In addition to Todd's experience in Florida, he has been involved in many marine engineering and environmental projects in the Caribbean, focusing primarily on the Bahamas.

We provide a variety of solutions for waterfront development and our marine division is responsible for designing marinas throughout Florida and internationally as well. Providing the parameters and building plans for luxury yacht marinas has become a specialty.

We have compiled comprehensive data that helps drive our megayacht marina design in addition to the advice / counsel we receive from luxury yacht captains and marina operators. Our experience in this field allows us to present creative and cost-efficient solutions to each client's project on a case by case basis.
