For more than 30 years, Tustin Community Bank (“TCB”) has provided customized financial products and services to meet the needs in our community. Founded in 1981 by former president John Prescott and a group of local business leaders, TCB opened for business on August 27, 1981 as Tustin Thrift & Loan.
