In the fall of 2001 my daughter and I decided that we would like to experiment with making Soy Wax Candles as part of a science project. After searching we found a company to order soy wax and fragrance oil from.We placed our first order, which was 1 pound of soy wax, three samples of fragrance oil, a couple of color blocks and a few wicks. Little did we know that this was just the beginning of our new business " In His Light".After one year and many trials, mistakes and learnings, a friend of ours asked if we would be interested in doing a craft show with her. Amanda (my daughter) and I thought that this sounded fun, so we ordered a 50 pound box of soy wax and went to work.
