Tyler·Donegan Real Estate Services is one four-business units of the Tyler Companies and has been serving the business community since 1987. Its founders have a history of diversified Real Estate experience dating back to the early 1970’s. Nelson W. Tyler, Sr. chairman of the Board of Tyler Companies initial focus with respect to real estate was on residential home construction and then the construction, development and management of various apartment and commercial projects in Montgomery and Frederick County. Chad Tyler, President of Tyler•Donegan Real Estate has used this platform to market and develop projects throughout Maryland. Additionally, he has expanded the company into a full-service Real Estate Firm which is regarded as a leader by the industry and is further evidenced by completing over 1,600 transactions throughout Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia. Since the companies inception, it has sought to meet the real estate needs of businesses and communities throughout Central Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia.
