Output We consider the transcribed material (document files) to be your property. We will provide it to you as formatted printouts or as electronic files via email, FTP, Internet file sites, a disk, CD ROM, DVD ROM, or other format to suit your needs. We typically use Microsoft Office products, but can also provide PDF and Open Office formats. When we create intermediate digital audio files or enhancement to those audio files for our transcription purposes, those files are not delivered to our customers.

We have the experience and capability to generate and edit graphics and photographic images and integrate them into your product. Effective presentation of your material also includes the proper grammar and spelling; we have extensive experience in making sure your message is clear and professional.
