Ms. Guiffre joined TyraTech in February, 2008 with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, training and business management. She is responsible for all Human Resource & Administration functions at the Company. Prior to joining TyraTech, Ms. Guiffre served as Regional Human Resources Manager for Dobson Communications Corporation for seven years before moving to Florida in 2005 to direct the human resources activities at Omega Air Holdings international cargo airline operations in Ft. Lauderdale.

Ms. Guiffre is a graduate of the University of Hartford, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minor in psychology. She has been a Professional Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over 13 years and has devoted much of her personal time to studies in Indigenous American tribal art & culture, along with tribal government advocacy efforts and volunteer support work for impoverished people on reservations.

Eric Wintemute was elected to American Vanguard Corporation's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer posts in mid-1994. Mr. Wintemute had joined the company in January 1994 as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors following American Vanguard's acquisition of GemChem Inc., a national and international chemical distribution company he co-founded in 1991. From 1977 to 1982, he worked for American Vanguard in a variety of sales, purchasing, and production control capacities. Previously, as a Vice President and Director of R.W.

Dr. Bissinger was appointed Director of Research and Development in August, 2013. She has over 10 years of experience in applied entomology and molecular biology research.
