TyRy, Inc. is a California corporation organized in 2002. Don Gearing, president, purchased the brands AlpineAire Foods and Gourmet Reserves from RSC Enterprises, LLC in August of 2001. Mr. Gearing has been affiliated with AlpineAire Foods since 1993. He became a minority shareholder in 1997 and subsequently was bought out in late 1998. In November of 2004, Mr. Gearing purchased Richmoor Corporation, located in Van Nuys, CA from the Nichols’ family.
