IS Concepts, Inc. was established in 1998. We are a San Gabriel Valley base complete computer service company. Through our years of experience we have modified our support to provide our clients with the most up to date and quality services in the industry. Our staff is experienced in A/R management in the areas of Credit Checking, Setting Credit Limits, Documentation, Data Processing, Payment Posting, Collections and Customer Service. We take great pride in the high quality of service we provide to our Clients and their Customers and strive to exceed our Clients’ expectations with our work ethic.

A. UC Factors is extremely professional in handling collections. Your customers are treated as if they were our customers. We are very diligent about making calls at the appropriate time but we are careful to treat your customer with professional courtesy.

Ken started in the factoring business in 1970. He has been with UCDC since it was founded in 1976. He is currently the General Manager over two of our divisions and two of our affiliates. His goals are mainly to retire in good health and travel with his wife, Rhonda, who he has been married to since 1968. He spends his free time with his large family, playing golf, and gardening.

Annabel started working at UC Factors in 1989 as an Administrator Assistant. She has gained a lot of experience in the 22 years she has worked here. She is currently working as a Business Development Representative.
