In business since 1983 we have worked on most every type of automotive legality. Including working with some of the Midwest largest dealerships with training, familiarity, and warranty processes. Among the varied legal services we provide is "lemon law work". We provide the investigation, pictures, and reports that are placed into evidence in these cases. We then make ourselves available for related testimony if needed. Lemon laws vary from state to state, you must meet certain criteria to qualify for a "Lemon Law " settlement. Some of the Lemon law criteria include; days out of service, repetitive attempts for the same repair, failure to repair, breach of contract, and others.

Cars remain an integral part of Marv's life, and they continue to be his passion. We at USA Auto Appraisers are excited about bringing Marv on board. He will appraise for us in Tennessee and the surrounding states. His years of experience in the auto restoration business and background in design and modifications make him highly qualified to evaluate your custom car. Only someone with Marv's years in the field, having built cars from the ground up, can accurately value the labor, cost of components, and the quality level of the work done on your unique car.

Marv has more than 35 years of professional experience in the automobile industry. For 31 years, he owned an auto body shop where he worked on virtually all makes and models of vehicles from domestics to imports--everything from basic transportation to exotics. During his career, he has bought, sold, restored, built, rebuilt, designed, and modified thousands of cars and trucks.

Bob began his first auto appraisal firm in 1983 in Omaha, Nebraska. Bob has over 30 years of auto appraisal and court related experience. Being a “car nut” from age 14 and growing up in the muscle car era, his love of the automobile has grown and today is still strong. Bob has extensive experience in all areas of auto repair including auto body, paint, customizing and high performance car modifications. Past restoration projects include; 1955 Chevy 210 post 1/4 mile car, 1960 Buick Electra convertible, 1963 Nova hardtop. Current project car is a 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood "Broughm de Elegance" Estate Car. Bob was a licensed dealer for four years attending auctions in the Midwest on a regular basis.

Since 1983 we have provided auto appraisals for charitable donations on a regular basis. With your auto appraisal, we will provide the necessary form (I.R.S. 8283) properly filled out and signed for you to submit. Although we specialize in classic and antique automobiles we can appraise any make or model for your tax purposes.
