Tom Braun started working as a service tech in 1983, where he learned the mechanical end of the business in the field. Before going into business, Tom was certified by all major heater manufacturers and served as a waranty rep for Raypak and Purex. In 1993 Tom successfully completed the inaugural N.S.P.I. [National Pool & Spa Institute] pool builders school. In the following years, Tom started doing renovation work such as tile & coping jobs, re-plastering, and deck work. In 1995, Tom started serving commercial pools as well.
