Our mission at USA Tax & Insurance Services is to boost your earnings performance by connecting you with an elite team of proven professionals with innovative approaches. Those elite professionals are not just our staff members – they are also our top producers. Our exclusive territory system provides the environment for producers to share their experience, ideas and information with each other at events and through communication year-round. Through our surveys, office visits and phone calls, it was determined that there was a need to foster this idea-sharing even more. There were also requests to implement a regional meeting program for our top tier producers to work more closely together. Combining these efforts, in 2010, we announced our Top 25 Producer Summits! The format of these meetings allow for our Top 25 Producers to connect on a semi-annual basis, to create a constant flow of fresh experiences and ideas for the benefit of everyone in the field. Each meeting agenda consists of four top producers presenting and sharing ideas for two hours each on how they run their practices from A-Z. These brainstorming sessions are designed to enhance what our organization offers, leading to increased production and profitability for all. Expectedly, the names on the Top 25 change every six months to continually bring in fresh perspectives – a key to the success of these meetings.
