USCB, Inc., a 100% employee owned company (E.S.O.P.), with over 300 employee owners, has formally adopted the name "USCB America" as the company's new corporate identity. "USCB America" is a registered trade name and d/b/a of USCB, Inc., a California Corporation. These changes reflect USCB America's continued commitment to serve and expand its core business of providing complete revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers and ARM solutions to financial institutions, commercial entities and public municipalities that we serve. When asked to comment, Melvin Shaw, President and C.E.O. remarked, "This is just the beginning of the company's strategic growth initiatives that will allow us to continue to provide the level of service that our clients have come to know.
