We specialize in process improvement and in bringing about procedural, organizational, and cultural changes that can lead to a state of operating excellence. And while we also have strong capabilities in the strategy and information technology disciplines, the point of execution is, and will always be, our principal focus.

We specialize in process improvement and constantly look for ways to eliminate nonvalue-added steps and activities. We recognize that our clients’ people possess valuable first-hand knowledge and technical expertise, which we continually seek to tap and leverage based on the experience and process discipline we’ve acquired over four decades.

USCCG Action Plan: Performed a detailed review of existing information flows and manufacturing processes across the facility. Worked alongside clients management team to obtain a more in-depth understanding of processes and methodologies. Identified opportunities to drive improvements in productivity and throughput. Implementated Lean Information Control System to provide real-time scanning/tracking of production results, including downtime events, to the production supervisors on all filling/packaging lines.
