In 2011, Jeremy joined GTSI Corp. as Chief Operating Officer. GTSI was a NASDAQ listed provider of information technology solutions and services to federal, state and local government customers.

Mr. Meyer has nearly 30 years of experience as a CPA in finance and accounting as well as general management. Before joining USIS, he was a founder and managing director of Walney Capital, an investment bank providing strategic and advisory services to government contractors in the information technology, software and education segments.
