Description

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. We also partner with others to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Ultimate has the capability of working as either a General Contractor, Construction Manager, even Design-Builder. We have established and maintained strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers which in turn provide un-beatable prices and performance. At the construction phase, the job site is laid out in a way to maximize efficiency and safety of all personnel. Our teams of project managers and superintendents have vast experience on overseeing every step, ensuring the project stays on schedule and budget while maintaining superior quality control and safety. We arrange periodic meetings with the Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers to identify any problems, and address them immediately to avoid crisis and keep the project running smoothly.
