If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). Email us at crew@ultimatesailing.com or call us at 800-827-3186. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email. We will also need your email address and phone number. Ultimate Sailing will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service department immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact us.
