If you are not completely satisfied with your Phototron product(s), we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund, or credit. Federal and State law require that we provide the Notice of Right to Cancel on this receipt. However, Phototron, Inc. offers an additional refund policy beyond that required by law. Phototron will gladly accept product returns for refund (less a 20% restocking fee) or exchange, on all merchandise purchased from Phototron. Returns can be made for up to 60 days after the purchase date if the product is returned in good condition.

We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting sales@phototron.com . However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
