We have a complete roofing division staffed with a team of competent professionals with over 30 years of combined roofing experience in PVC, TPO, and EPDM membrane roof systems, 3-tab, architectural, and presidential asphalt shingles, wood shakes, composite imitation slate, and standing seam metal roofing.

Unique Plastering & Custom Exteriors, Inc. Has been in business since 1992, and was incorporated in 1994. Unique is a full service masonry and exterior finishing company that specializes in custom exteriors. We offer a wide variety of products and applications including stucco, block and brick masonry, EIFS, foam shapes and pre-cast products, stone and rock, low slope and steep pitch Roofing, all kinds of siding including vinyl and fiber cement board, soffit fascia and rain gutters.

Unique Custom Exteriors has extensive experience in new Hard-Coat Stucco with Acrylic Finish, Full Synthetic EIFS Systems and expertise in retrofit stucco construction. We have a huge variety of standard and custom colors and textures available. For retrofit projects we are proficient in color matching to your existing color. Unique is a certified applicator of all Stucco and EIFS manufacturers. We have always been very attentive to the needs of the owner and general contractor and have a reputation for on time projects and value engineering.

Custom Home Builder or Commercial General Contractor the ability to manage through one company the completion of the building exterior allowing for a more efficient process. At present Unique Plastering, Inc. maintains 100-150 employees and carries private Liability, Automotive, and Workmans Compensation Insurance Policies with additional EIFS Insurance coverage. Unique Custom Exteriors is an AWCI certified EIFS smart contractor. We are certified applicators of all leading synthetic systems including hard-coat.
