Mr. Leger joined Unique Properties in 2006. Sam’s well-rounded knowledge of real estate, construction and finance and his superior relationship skills enable him to provide a creative niche on the Unique team. Before coming to Unique, Mr. Leger worked as a Vice President for a local asset management company. A native of Colorado, Sam completed a Finance and Management Degree at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Sam specializes in treating each client fairly, honestly and with integrity while always providing the best high quality service available.

Carlos Valencia joined Unique Properties in 2011. Carlos's traditional real estate & construction education combined with formal investment sales training enable him to provide value for clients of all types. Before coming to Unique Properties, Inc., Carlos worked with Marcus & Millichap in Denver. A Colorado native himself, Carlos completed the Real Estate & Construction Management Degree at Franklin L. Burns School of the University of Denver. Carlos aims to provide clients with the most value as possible, while maintaining a high level of integrity and equality.
