Founder, Brian Sullivan, began his career in 1985 by establishing the first Unique Properties office in Dennis. Shortly thereafter, due to his success and high volume of loyal clients, he opened a second office in Yarmouth Port. In 2005, his wife, Mary Sullivan, Vice President of Cape Cod Bank & Trust Company for over thirty (30) years, joined him and they successfully established a third office in Orleans. Their combined years of experience in real estate and banking, along with knowledgeable Associates, have assisted clients in making wise decisions about selling and buying Cape Cod property.

Kathy is a seasoned real estate professional with more than twenty-eight (28) years of experience in sales and summer vacation rentals. Kathy holds the distinct certification of a real estate broker, knows the local market and has a reputation evidenced by her loyal and repeat customers.

Emily Gould is no stranger to the real estate industry being a 4th generation real estate expert on Cape Cod. In 1920, Emily's family started Gould Real Estate in Orleans, Massachusetts and Emily has continued the tradition. In addition to her strong real estate background, Emily has acquired valuable experience in the banking industry.
