In 2010, United Forming celebrated its silver anniversary of providing the very best in concrete construction services. Founded in 1985, we have grown into one of the largest concrete structure builders in the country. From our corporate offices in Austell, Georgia, we have expanded across the country successfully completing projects in 14 different states as we continue to pursue new opportunities throughout the country. Built on the broad foundation of our formwork expertise, we have developed core competencies in all aspects of the concrete construction process.

United Forming was awarded the Harris High Technology Center Project with Balfour Beatty Construction. Located on the Harris Corporation’s Palm Bay campus, it will become the centerpiece for some of the company's most advanced engineering efforts. The planned six-story, 450,000-square-foot center is part of a broader modernization initiative designed to foster engineering innovation, while retaining existing and attracting new highly skilled engineers to the region. BRPH is providing design services for the project.

United Forming is an Employee Owned Company with 100% of our stock held by the United Forming Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”). All employees with more than one year of service are eligible to participate in this unique program which provides ownership and retirement benefits as a reward for the commitment and service of our “Employee Owners.” Our Employee Owners have a financial stake in their company and positively impact the balances in their individual ESOP accounts.
