We have the ability to take single source responsibility for the design and construction of a client ’s facility utilizing our in-house design team. Working with an outside Architectural/Engineering firm, UISC offers complete construction services and facilitates communication among Owners, Designers, and Contractors. UISC also has a large team of field personnel that self-perform many of the building component systems. Our crews self-perform all of the “Cold Storage Components ” of the project, including insulated metal wall and ceiling panels, floor insulation, roof insulation, refrigerated doors, and specialty traffic doors. This allows for the highest quality construction, competitive pricing, and the efficiency associated with in-house capabilities.
