The purpose of this web is to enhance the support services we provide to our participants. We've provided a number of resources here to help you report and resolve potential problems, suggest improvements and learn about our products.page displays an up-to-date listing of changes to our customer support web. We'll also place notices here regarding product updates, scheduled releases, or problems and solutions that may affect all customers. When problems reported by our customers get fixed, we'll place a notice here, along with an estimate of when the fix will be shipped.

We provide add-on technical assistance training to local companies (at their site) who are interested in better understanding how to use the Internet in meeting their goals and objectives.
