Universal 1 Credit Union was founded in 1937 in Dayton, Ohio by employees of the National Cash Register Company (NCR). Today, we operate as a strong financial cooperative extending competitive financial products and services to members all over the world. Individuals are eligible to join our Credit Union if they live, work, worship, or attend school in any one of the many communities that we serve; have a family member who is an established member of the Credit Union; or work for a company that is affiliated with the Credit Union. We continue to expand our membership to additional communities and companies.
