"Over the last 30 years the Tell City Housing Authority has had the privilege of working with Universal Design Associates on many projects. Their design and engineering expertise has provided us with new facilities as well as renovation/remodeling of existing facilities.

Our staff of fourteen employees provides the highest quality professional services available. We approach each project, no matter the size, with a philosophy of wholly integrated design. All aspects of your concept, design and construction are coordinated and completed in-house by our team of professionals, which allows for cost and time savings. We continually strive to stay well-informed about the latest in innovative building products, industry trends and computer-aided-design technology in order to provide our clients with exactly what they want and need in a facility.
