Universal Detection Technology (UDTT) has licensed a spore detection technology from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and has developed a first of its kind real-time continuous detection device capable of identifying abnormal levels of bacterial spores in the air, an indication of a possible anthrax attack.
